It's that time of year when we often get together with colleagues, friends and family. This year, I want to spend a lively end of the year with Yakiniku! If you are thinking, "I want to spend a lively holiday season with yakiniku," I recommend the December limited menu at Gyu8 USHIHACHI.

All "Beef 8 USHIHACHI" restaurants will offer a luxurious "Christmas Course" from December 22 (Fri.) to 25 (Mon.), 2023. (11,000 yen (including tax) at suburban restaurants, 13,200 yen (including tax) at city center restaurants)

The menu is said to be very economical and luxurious, incorporating a special menu developed especially for the "Christmas Course.

After toasting with a welcome drink of "sparkling wine" (non-alcoholic drinks are acceptable), the menu starts with "ginger-scented consommé soup.

After enjoying "Assorted Kimchi" as an appetizer, "Yukke with White Truffle Sauce" appeared, in which a generous amount of cheeses are shaved in front of you and topped with white truffle sauce!

The "Seared Loin Core Sushi" is fragrantly seared and served with an aromatic original perigourd sauce made with truffle and wine.

Beef 8 USHIHACHI's popular "Toro Meat 3-second Searing" is now available in a Christmas version! The staff sear a large slice of meat right in front of your eyes and serve it with egg yolk, rice balls, and black truffles.

The "A4 Wagyu Beef Assortment" is an assortment of the three most recommended cuts of beef of the day.

To finish off the meal, we offer one of our most popular dishes, the "Hyoketsu Cold Noodles," a refreshing soup made of crispy ice. It is also recommended to add vinegar to the soup to change the taste.

The "December Limited Course" at Beef 8 USHIHACHI is recommended for a lively time with good friends or a family year-end party, etc. * 7,150 yen (including tax) at suburban restaurants, 7,590 yen (including tax) at downtown restaurants.

This is a special December-only course that will liven up the occasion with the appearance of the much-talked-about "meat cake.

Following the "Assorted Kimchi and Namul" appetizer, "Salmon roe meat sushi" with rice, shiso leaves, and salmon roe on a bed of Korean seaweed will be served, followed by "USHIHACHI Yukke" made with "Beef 8 USHIHACHI's" unique cured ham method.

From here, the yakiniku menu begins. After the high-quality "Top Tongue Salt" and the very popular "Specialty: Yamoniku 3-second Seared Yamoniku," we take a short break with the "USHIHACHI Green Salad," which is served with Chinese cabbage and sunny lettuce with an original dressing.
