Gyu8 USHIHACHI is a yakiniku specialty restaurant with 12 locations in Tokyo and Kanagawa. It is a restaurant with a reputation for its excellent cosmopolitan atmosphere where you can enjoy high quality Japanese beef purchased from all over Japan by buyers with a keen eye for quality at a reasonable price.

The "Ueno Branch" is located on the 10th floor of "Fundes Ueno," a 1-minute walk from the Asakusa exit of JR Ueno Station. The restaurant's location is also attractive, with window seats offering a panoramic view of the Ueno cityscape, and a beautiful night view at night. The spacious floor has a total of 88 seats. This course is recommended to reward yourself for your hard work this year, as you can enjoy a total of 11 dishes.

For the appetizer "Choice of Yukke", you can choose from three types: USHIHACHI Yukke, Tororo Yukke, and Honey Yukke. The honey yukke comes with yukke served on an ice cream cone filled with green onion, egg yolk, and honey. It is a fun arrangement, just like ice cream.

The yukke is placed in the dish and mixed with the corn, egg yolk, and other ingredients. The harmony of the texture of the corn and yukke with the honey is said to be irresistible.

The "Ultimate Top Tongue Salt and Marbled 10% Tongue Half & Half" is said to be a must for tongue lovers, offering a generous portion of thickly sliced tongue with the original tan sinew.

The famous "Toro Meat 3-second Searing" is also firmly included in the course. A large slice of meat is seared for 3 seconds on each side and served with egg yolk.

The "Kuroge Wagyu Ikkozuri" is an assortment of six kinds of carefully selected meat and two kinds of fresh hormone, which can only be offered at this restaurant that buys a whole head of beef.

If you want to spend a lively time with your friends and family, try this course, which includes the "meat cake" that has been the talk of the town on SNS.

Following the "kimchi and namul assortment" appetizer is the "salmon roe meat sushi" with rice, shiso leaves, and salmon roe on a bed of Korean seaweed, and the "USHIHACHI Yukke" made with "Beef 8 USHIHACHI's" unique cured ham method.

The yakiniku menu will start with the top quality "Top Tongue Salt", followed by the very popular "Specialty: Yamoroniku 3-second Seared Meat".

In addition to table seating, Gyu8 USHIHACHI Ueno has two semi-private rooms and two private rooms that are convenient for dates and dinners.

Two private rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people can be connected together for use by up to 8 people.
*A seating fee of 3,000 yen per room is required.
